Self Portraits

In these pictures I did a lot of reflection pictures because I thought the reflection had a cool effect. Also the lighting in the reflections had almost an erie look.

I took the first photos of Andrew Brion in a warehouse thats location is going to remain unknown. I took the photos here inorder to get good lighting and really bring out Andrew's love for cars and working on them. It really brings out his personality. The last picture is a picture of my mom I took when she wasn't expecting it so I got her natural look.

Web Assignment 5

Beauty in a photograph would be a good fore ground and background and everything flows together. When the colors of the main object being photographed match with the back ground really makes a good picture. I think something ugly can be photographed and look good if it is at the right angle. An example would be the close up of some bugs. The eyes on them look really cool but bugs aren't the best looking things.

This is one of my favorite pictures.

Macro Photography

Web Assignment #4

Alfred Stielgliz was an american photographer who spent most of his fifty year carrer making photography an accepted art form.

This is my favorite because I really like the landscape of what he took the picture of and the reflection of the buildings on the water.

He was in a relationship with Georgia O'Keeffe. She was a famous painter who did a lot of up close paintings.

They influenced each other in one way that they were both equal artists and they both treated each other the same. They would also very honest with each other and based a lot of their art on each others feelings.
